4. Payments & Refunds

At present, payments may be made by check, bank transfer, or third-party payment processors. Future online payment options may be provided and will include specific checkout terms disclosing price, billing schedule, and refund policies before purchase. All fees are in U.S. dollars.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Black Rose Construction’s total liability under these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) USD 100 or (b) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to resolve any dispute exclusively in state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, and waive any objection to personal jurisdiction there.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted at least 10 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
