This Privacy Policy describes how Black Rose Construction LLC (“Black Rose Construction,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects personal information obtained through our website, our project booking system, and our communications (including SMS, e-mail, and phone).

2. Information We Collect

Contact Data – name, e-mail address, phone number, property address, and project details you provide (e.g., type of service requested).

Usage Data – IP address, device/browser type, pages visited, time spent on pages, referring links, and request form submissions.

Messaging Data – consent status, appointment reminders, confirmation history, and delivery reports.

Optional Payment Data – when you pay for services through approved processors (e.g., Stripe or check/transfer), we may receive a transaction ID but we do not store full card numbers.

3. How We Use Information

  • Deliver and improve our site, booking, and customer communication services.

  • Provide estimates, schedule consultations, and manage projects.

  • Send booking confirmations, reminders, and service updates.

  • Provide customer support.

  • Develop service improvements and insights in aggregate form.

We may disclose limited information only to subcontractors or vendors who help us operate (e.g., cloud hosting, SMS gateway, payment processor, construction subcontractors, or customer-support tools). These providers are bound to process data solely on our instructions.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service or construction project support, is permitted. If this Privacy Policy references any other disclosures, they exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent on the same basis.

5. Data Retention

We retain account, project, and communication records as long as you maintain an active relationship with us or as necessary to meet legal obligations. You may request deletion (see §7).

6. Security

We use SSL/TLS encryption, access controls, and regular security practices to safeguard data. No system can guarantee absolute security, but we follow generally accepted industry standards.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information. To exercise any right, e-mail info@blackroseconstructiontx.com with the subject line “Privacy Request.”

8. Children’s Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under this age threshold.

9. International Users

We are based in the United States; if you access our services from outside the U.S., you consent to the transfer of your information to the U.S. and its processing under U.S. law.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. When we do, we will revise the “Effective Date” above and, for material changes, provide at least 10 days’ advance notice via the site or e-mail.
